T05 OOII!
First time I blogged eh? Haha... oh well, the purpose of this is to inform you guys that I will be at the Sports School from next Friday 7pm, to Sunday morning, because I'll be swimming in the 40th Singapore National Age Group Championships.
In total, I'll be swimming 5 events, 50m, 100m, 400m, 1500m Freestyle (got good chance of winning!) and 100m Butterfly (first time swimming).
This will be one of the biggest tournaments in my swimming career, and this tournament involves ALL THE SWIM CLUBS in Singapore! There will even national swimmers like Tao Li (sigh, hate her so much), Marcus Cheah (from my club) and Quah Ting Wen! (: For me I still have yet to become a national swimmer, but it takes time and a lot of hard work.
Anyway, this will be my first major competition in 8 months! The most recent being the Inter-school Nationals in July last year, when i was swimming for Junyuan Secondary School against swimmers from ACS(I) and RI. But I still beat some of them anyway, for my 400m and 1500m Freestyle. And I was short of the bronze medal by only 3.8 seconds! Argh... but that's okay! (:
The clock is ticking away, if you would notice the countdown on top of this post. Haha. If you all wanna know my entry times for my 5 events, they're listed below. (:
50m Freestyle - 00:28.92
100m Freestyle - 01:00.96
400m Freestyle - 04:40.32
1500m Freestyle - 18:15.92
100m Butterfly - 01:15.00
Okay, I guess that's all I have to say for now. If you wanna supprt me, please feel free to do so, but call me first, before you make your move! In case I'm not there yet or I left already. Haha
